My elderly father was flying from FL to LAX and I had arranged a car service to meet him and take him to his hotel. Literally 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time the other car service cancelled! I called LAX VIP Limousine at the last minute! They had a car pickup my dad within 10 minutes. They were kind, polite, and could understand my level of stress. This is amazing customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you.

Used LAX VIP for my daughter's wedding. Our driver Hector was so professional and accommodating. We realized that 8 people had the same flight out of LAX the next morning. LAX VIP was so professional and easy to book with. Hector showed up early and delivered to LAX on time. Definitely will use again.
