My elderly father was flying from FL to LAX and I had arranged a car service to meet him and take him to his hotel. Literally 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time the other car service cancelled! I called LAX VIP Limousine at the last minute! They had a car pickup my dad within 10 minutes.
